Amy Pfeffer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received her MSW from Daemen College with a concentration in child and family treatment. She works with children, adolescents, and families.
She has vast experience working with children and teenagers who have experienced trauma in their lives. She is also a certified autism provider and has exceptional clinical skills working with children on the autism spectrum.
Amy helps to empower her clients to resolve issues, achieve growth, and respond to challenges in a healthy way. She uses a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Play Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

Amy is a combat veteran of the US military and has a service dog, Roxy, who assists Amy in her sessions. She is a native of Western New York and currently lives in the area with her husband and daughter.
