Jennifer is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working across a variety of settings with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology before completing her Master’s in Social Work at the University at Buffalo.
Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, while building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. She understands that every individual’s journey is unique and strives to create a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to grow and heal.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, rooted in the belief that the mind, body, and soul are deeply connected. Jennifer utilizes a variety of evidence-based modalities, including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. Jennifer has experience supporting clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, pre and postpartum concerns, imposter syndrome, and beyond. She is truly passionate about the work she does and finds deep meaning in helping others thrive, strengthen their resilience, and improve their overall quality of life. Born and raised in Western New York, Jennifer values connection, community, and balance in all aspects of life. Outside of helping others, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her children at sporting events, traveling, soaking up the sunshine, and staying active through exercise. “Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed, it means the damage no longer has to control our lives.”
